Data Deletion Instructions

Account deletion is currently handled by our team rather than an automated self-service button. To request deletion of your Mimvello account and the personal data associated with it, send an email to Gouymimoun@gmail.com using the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

You can delete most of your content yourself at any time from within the app: uploaded media and posts can be removed from the Content Inbox and publishing pages without contacting us.

• We verify that the request comes from the account holder (usually by confirming it came from the account's registered email address).
• We confirm the request with you, then delete your account and personal data. We aim to complete this within 30 days of your confirmed request.
• Deleting your account removes your profile, brand information, uploaded content, generated drafts, schedules, notifications and any stored access tokens for your connected social accounts.
• Records we are legally required to keep (see section 4) are retained for the stated period and not deleted earlier.
• We confirm by email once deletion is complete.

You can remove Mimvello's access to your Facebook or Instagram account in two ways:

• In Mimvello: sign in, go to the Social Accounts page, and disconnect the account. This immediately stops all publishing and removes our stored access for that account.
• In Facebook's own settings: go to your Facebook account settings and remove Mimvello under "Business integrations" (or remove it from "Authorized apps" on Instagram). Removing the integration revokes our access at the platform.

Disconnecting an account removes our stored access tokens for that account, but does not by itself delete your Mimvello account or other data. If you want everything removed, follow section 1.

Some records cannot be deleted immediately because we are legally required to keep them:

• Billing and transaction records (invoices, payment references, subscription records): kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law (fiscale bewaarplicht).
• Everything else — profile, brand data, content, drafts, schedules and social account tokens — is deleted on request, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
